How it works

This is a Buyers’ Guide to help you get the most out of Voice Takeaway. We’ll explain how the different types of clip differ from each other, how they can be used in your audio project and give you some advice about how to get the most out of your Voice Takeaway audio.

We sell ready-made voiceover audio clips for telephone on-hold announcements. If you need bespoke audio, our Made to Order service is perfect for you.

You can search for clips by Industry, then by subject (for instance, Courtesy messages). If there’s a specific type of clip you need, just type some key words into the search box and see what comes up.

Our audio clips

Grab ‘n’ Go. These clips are ready-made and good to go. They can be used just as they are as stand-alone audio clips.

Made to Order. This is our deluxe option where you can get all your words recorded, your way. Give us your script, choose your voice, add production and we’ll create your finished product. We offer four sizes of Made to Order projects – plus a bespoke option where we’ll give you a quote if your project doesn’t fit any of our standard sizes.

  • Lite Bite – up to 200 words.
  • Regular serving – up to 400 words.
  • Larger portion – up to 600 words.
  • Grandissimo – up to 1000 words.

We can handle any size of project, so don’t worry if you’re project is larger. Just send us your script and we’ll come back to you with a quote.

So how do you place an order with Voice Takeaway?

Here are a few tips to help you place an order as quickly and simply as possible.

  • Think about your content. What audio type do you need? What do you want to say? Who’s your audience? What’s the tone? What do you want your audio to help you achieve?
  • Listen to the clips in your chosen Industry category. Choose your favourite voice – or voices! – as this will help you cast your audio clips as you complete your order.
  • Choose production at checkout so our producers can piece together all your audio into a complete, finished audio project. We can add royalty-free music in the genre of your choice too!

Or if you prefer just go Made to Order and we’ll take care of everything.
